"Serigraph V10" @ Vicious Gallery / Hamburg DE

The group show "Serigraph V10" is up to come this Saturday, January 30th at the Vicious Gallery in Hamburg/DE. It will feature new limited art prints by artists like DaveTheChimp, Milk, SozyOne, Stefan Strumbel and many more... I have been to our workshop for this the first time after a long while to print this posters myself (and a big help from my friend MILK). So these gonna be all unique: grey cardboard sheets, size 50x70 cm, spraypainted background, white and black silkscreen print layers and additional handdrawn details on the helmet stars and ornaments.

MOB Skateboards - Anniversary & New Stuff

This year my friends at MOB Skateboards are celebrating their 10-years-anniversary. So they dropped a jubilee skateboard series by artists Dave The Chimp, Stefan Marx, Andy Jenkins and my very own "MOB Brett Imperial Champagne" design.
I also illustrated a new t-shirt design - a tribute to one of my all-time-classic movies "Rambo - First Blood".
And for their very own new truck company i designed the POLSTER brand logo. "Polster" means "cushion" in German and so in this logo you have the "S" very well padded in between the other letters.
See all new stuff in the new MOB Catalogue 2010. It also features a poster view of all MOB skatedecks ever being released. I counted more than 25 designs i have worked on...

Blue & Red / Zagreb HR

We also had a short time gap to go to a school and paint a wall together with DOCK, SMACK, LUNAR, DANGER, MORKA and ANGEL. We had to run because kids started to throw oranges at us monkeys!

MEŠTART / Zagreb HR

Been to Zagreb to meet up with my friends and crew buddies from YCP in Zagreb last week. We were invited to paint at the museum Atelijer Meštrović. We did these tribute paintings of Croatia's very famous and significant sculptor Ivan Meštrovića. Together with LUNAR, ANGEL, MORKA, ZETS and Roland we turned those boxes into colour.

Tonight: "Oversized & Underpriced" Pt.II @ HATCH / Berlin

Next week in Berlin: the 2nd charity exhibition of oversized stickers at the HATCH Sticker Museum in Berlin-Friedrichshain/DE. The fist show in 2008 was about customized oversized "Hello My Name Is" stickers and now it is about the classic German "Post Päckchen" stickers we used to grab for free at the post office and paint onto (unfortunately the new ones nowadays are ugly and crap... but i still got a few hundreds of the old ones in my bank vault).
So make your way to the opening on Thursday 17th of December and get an original artwork from one of more than 60 international artists for a bargain deal.

"650° HITZEROT" customized 10" Teddy Trooper

This idea had been sticking to my head for a very long time. For 15 years i have this left over (almost) full spray can standing in front of me on my desk. It has been the BEST EVER red colour spray paint. Ever! "Hitzerot" aka "The Red Gold". For those who know... Heavy covering power - heavy toxic impact. So this customized 10" Teddy Trooper is my tribute to it and a whole era of writing on steel back in the days.

"Worst Colours Ever" / Rennes FR

Been to Rennes/FR for the opening of the show together with MIST at the Delkographik Gallery on Saturday. We had a great opening party but somehow by too much alcohol we lost sense for any colours. So next day on Sunday we went with POCH and BREZ for a competition wall called "Worst Colours ever"... i guess everybody was a winner!
